Design Details:
● All designs are created using the Direct to Film (DTF) printing process, which
transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat press.
How to Order:
1. Review all information provided before placing your order.
2. Select the shirt type and size from the dropdown menu.
3. Choose your preferred shirt color from the dropdown menu (if applicable) 
4. If necessary, specify the design details in the personalization box as instructed.
5. To order multiple items, add each to your cart and repeat the above steps.

6.1 oz./yd² (US), 10 oz/L yd (CA), 100% ring-spun cotton, 30 singles
Garment-dyed for that lived in feel and almost no shrinkage at home.
Soft ring-spun cotton fabric with 100% cotton threads

Care Instructions:
● Wash inside out in cold water.
● Do not bleach or dry clean.
● Do not iron directly on the design.
Returns and Exchanges:
● All items are made-to-order.

Production and Shipping:
● We work with multiple shirt brands. Please note that the display picture may not
represent the brand used for your order.
● Colors may vary slightly due to lighting in product photos.
● If you wish to modify an existing design, please contact us through the message
box before ordering to confirm if changes are possible. Orders placed without
prior approval for modifications will be shipped as is.
● If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 24 hours. We may be able to assist if the item has not yet been processed for shipping.
● Messages are answered during business hours (9 am to 6 pm CST, Monday to
Friday).

Upgrades:
● Backside Design Fee: For additional designs on the back of the shirt, purchase
this upgrade (one fee per shirt).
● 3XL-5XL Upgrade: We offer a separate listing for 3XL, 4XL and 5XL shirts. Please
select the shirt color and type, or copy the design title into the personalization
box. We may not offer every color for these sizes.
● Custom Fee: For custom designs or changes to available designs, please
contact us first. After approval, add the custom fee to your order.

● Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production (delivery times may
vary). For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping at checkout.

International Orders:
● You are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or delays. These fees are
not included in the shipping cost.
● Tracking will be provided by your local carrier once the package leaves the US.
